This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through flexvision.com.au (“Website”) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Return Period
1.1 We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
1.2 For orders shipped into the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unworn or unused.
- In original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2.2 Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom products (including special orders or personalised items).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.

4. Return Procedure
4.1 To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing at sales@flexvision.com.au.
4.2 If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions for returning your item.

4.4 You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged. Flexvision is not liable for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
5.1 You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
5.2 If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us at sales@flexvision.com.au within 7 days of receipt.
5.3 Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
6.1 The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this Policy and place a new order.
6.2 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Refunds
7.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
7.2 Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7.3 Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7.4 If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received funds, please contact us at sales@flexvision.com.au.
