These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.flexvision.com.au, related services, and purchases made through the website (“Services”). By using or accessing the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and exclude shipping, handling, taxes, customs, or import charges unless expressly noted.
3.2 You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise Flexvision to charge the full amount for your order, including applicable fees and taxes.
3.3 Promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to separate terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
4.1 Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. All estimated delivery times are indicative only.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order has been handed to the carrier. Flexvision is not liable for delays, customs clearance issues, or carrier errors.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5.2 Items sent back without an authorised return request will not be accepted.

8.2 By using our Services, you expressly release Shopify from all liability related to your transactions with Flexvision.
