Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through flexvision.com.au (“Website”) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Processing & Dispatch

1.1 Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
1.2 Dispatch times may vary and are subject to stock availability, order verification, and payment clearance.
1.3 We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days.

International

  • We ship to selected international destinations. Rates and estimated timeframes are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

Important: All delivery timeframes are estimates only. FlexVision does not guarantee delivery dates and will not be liable for delays.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are payable at the time of purchase.
3.2 Free shipping promotions (where offered) will apply as stated and are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Risk of Loss & Title

4.1 All orders are shipped with tracking.
4.2 Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. FlexVision is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
4.3 Title to the goods passes to you upon full payment and dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

5.1 Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
5.2 These charges are your responsibility. FlexVision is not responsible for delays, fees, or confiscation of goods by customs.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.
6.2 If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or failure to collect, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
6.3 If you believe your order is lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, you must notify us in writing at sales@flexvion.com.au within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Failure to do so may limit our ability to assist.

7. Shipping Restrictions

7.1 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers for oversized or bulky items.
7.2 Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to some destinations.
